I served as an Air Defense soldier in Germany for several years before joining the Special Forces. I was a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant for a total of 9 years advancing to the rank of Sergeant First Class. I then attended Officer Candidate School and became an Infantry Lieutenant. I attended the University of Alaska and received my Bachelor's degree in History. I'm currently in Iraq serving as an Infantry Platoon Leader and was just recently promoted to Captain. I have been married for 13 years and have 3 wonderful children, two girls and a boy. | |

I graduated from J&W in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Associates of Science in Advertising/Public Relations. I got married in 1992 and now have two boys ages 1 and 3. In the years that followed from 1991-1995 I worked in marketing; first as a leasing agent with the Flatley Company and then worked for the Department of Education as the State Director of Massachusetts DECA. Simultaneously I attended classes through Fitchburg State College and completed my Vocational Teacher Approval as a Marketing Education Instructor. Currently I am a full-time Mom and intend to continue that role until my children are school aged. I work part-time evenings in customer service for a Fortune 500 financial planning company. I am also learning desktop publishing and hope to develop some home-based business. | |

We deploy all over the world in support of war efforts and modifications to different aircraft. We repair and return aircraft to like-new status after they've sustained hits by ground fire and/or some kind of aircraft mishap. In Sept. 1994, I moved to Southwest Harbor, Maine, a seacoast town located on Mount Desert Island, my mother's home town. This is where I met my husband Scott. We were married in Oct. 2001, and our daughter Madison was born in Nov. 2002. I am currently employed as the Office Manager/Accountant for the Northeast Harbor Library, and am planning to finish my degree at the University of Maine. We have one child that we adopted from Romania back in 1999. We actually spent a whole week in Bucharest, Romania. I am currently finishing up my MBA this March.
