Project Evaluation
All individuals associated with the project must maintain a
personal log from week to week. The log will contain specific
information as to the daily progress of each member within the
group. The Team Manager will be responsible for meeting with
each member of the team to discuss the log and the progress
made by each individual.
In addition, the Team Manager will be responsible
for creating and maintaining periodic surveys to gather information
in regards to the effectiveness of the group
and the usefulness of the project outcomes.
