Technical Programs

In this shop students will obtain an overview of the trade. Refrigerants, refrigeration oil, compressor installation and servicing, methods of oil return, electrical wiring, and the installation and service of electrical components, are specific areas of study in the HVAC & R shop. In their junior year, students will be able to work towards becoming licensed and receive their EPA Certification.
