Fashion Technology

In this shop students will learn the principles of management and operations in the fashion industry. Artistic principles and techniques applicable to professional design of commercial fashions, apparel, and accessories are some of the skills students will learn. Projects include creating garments demonstrating fabric/ pattern layout and cutting, proper garment construction, alterations and repairs, and garment care. Students will also use computers in the study of fashion sketching and apparel design.
