In this shop students will be presented with a broad overview of the hospitality industry. The course includes learning opportunities such as video training series, observation of industry professionals, and guest speakers. On their first year of the program, students will rotate through the major areas of the hotel industry – Housekeeping, Dining Room, and Kitchen— in one of several partner hotels in the Greater Lowell area. |
