In this shop students will discover the many opportunities available in the marketing, retailing, advertising, wholesaling, purchasing, and entrepreneurship areas. As a hands-on job, students will have the opportunity to work at the Mall Stores, Lowell 5 Bank, create mall displays, and organize promotional activities for the stores. Each student will develop basic, marketing, and work skills with the help of experiential learning activities. Employment opportunities available in this field include bank teller, insurance sales worker, marketing research worker, telemarketing representative, accountant, and store manager. |
