Background Checks on Final Candidates: Greater Lowell conducts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Sexual Offender Record (SORI) checks relative to prior criminal convictions, sexual assaults, and pending cases on final candidates prior to an offer of employment for all positions. Greater Lowell requires applicants to complete the MA CORI form and a NH CORI form and include a copy of photo identification such as a driver’s license, passport, state identification, or any other photo identification that has been issued by a governmental agency. Failure to provide such authorization shall preclude your application from receiving further consideration.
