Literacy is a huge goal for the next several years at the school. In order for our students to continue to improve, to continue to meet AYP and become proficient on the MCAS requirements, the students (with the help of their teachers) must work on becoming more and more literate. This will be a tough task, since the students have been brought up in such an electronic world and with more and more students having less reading and writing in their backgrounds as they come into high school.

We can do it!
