GUIDELINES

        The CRC is dedicated to providing the best possible service.  We will do anything to help you out with your computer needs. To do this as easily as possible we have a few guidelines that we follow up in the CRC. They are as follows:

 
  • If you are planning to have your class in the CRC, please call in advance (at least one day) to reserve it.  We have been booking weeks in advance.  If you want to book the CRC anytime for the rest of the year, please give us a call at ex. 4973. We can book all the way to the last day of school!
 
  • If you decide to send students to the CRC without you, please give us a call. We fill up very fast. We don't want to waste time.
 
  • Do not send up more than 5 students, without your presence. We do not have the time or resources to make sure larger unattended classes are on task.
 
  • If you scheduled the CRC and find you cannot make it, call us at ex. 4973 to cancel.  We can use the space for others. 
 
  • We need to know the project on which the class is to be working, and an extension at which we can reach you.  If you know you will be sending a few students up to work on a project on the internet, let us know. Students often claim to be working on a school project and have been surfing the web.
 
  • If you have any special requests do not be afraid to ask.  If you do not want to use certain computers please tell us. If you do not tell us you need something, we do not know.

These 6 simple guidelines will make everyone's experience
with the CRC the best it can possibly be.
