    All Class of 2023 Seniors have been invoiced for their Senior Dues via My School Bucks. This was in response to our students' requests to have the option to pay a little at a time (or all at once) over the summer.  Senior Dues are $100.00 and cover the cost of your cap, gown, tassel, yearbook, senior t-shirt, certain senior week activities, and expenses related to graduation (like your graduation tickets). Senior Dues must be paid via myschoolbucks.com. Once you create an account and add the name of your senior, you will find your senior dues invoice highlighted in red in your account. You can also click on the Invoices store (look for the tree image).  

    Can't find your dues invoice? Be sure that you are added as a student to the MSB account!

    Cap/Gown and Diploma Verification Form-- OVERDUE September 30, 2022

    Believe it or not, it's time to order your Cap, Gown, and Diploma!  All seniors must complete the Cap/Gown and Diploma Verification Form  so that we have your correct measurements. We also need you to verify that your name is spelled fully and correctly in our records. Your diploma is a legal document and spelling counts!


    Payments for Senior Dues, Prom Tickets, Field Trips, and other fees are now being accepted at www.myschoolbucks.com. Cash, check and money order payments will not be accepted at the school. No more waiting in lines or purchasing money orders. My School Bucks is fast and easy to use. There is no charge to set up an account and no user fees for our Student Activities Store.     Your high school yearbook is a memento that you will cherish for the rest of your life. In order to create the best possible memory of your senior year, we need you to submit your photos according to the criteria listed below. 

    O’Connor Studios is our preferred photographer for Yearbook Pictures and we strongly encourage you to use O’Connors for your picture.  The studio is located in Tewksbury, MA.  To book your appointment, please go to: https://www.oconnorstudioseniors.com/book-now or call (978) 640-6250. Sitting fees start at $30.00. 

    O’Connor Studios will be at Greater Lowell on Tuesday, November 8th and Tuesday, November 15th, for Senior Portrait Sessions. This is an optional service that O'Connor provides for students who may not have transportation to their Tewksbury Studio. The cost of the is $26.80 and financial assistance is available.  

    To set up your Portrait Session: Go to myschoolbucks.com to pay for your selected date. Ms. Cornellier will be in touch the day before with the time/details of your appointment.  Contact Ms. Cornellier or your school counselor for financial assistance if needed.

    O’Connor Studio-- If you use O’Connor Studio, you must have your photos TAKEN by December 2nd. O’Connor produces our yearbook and they will forward your selected yearbook photo directly to us.  In addition, O'Connor Studio will be at school in October for students who wish to schedule a Senior Portrait session. 

    Outside Photographers-- If you choose to use a different photographer, you must SUBMIT your photo on/before November 4, 2022.  Photos that are not professional quality will not be accepted. You must submit your Outside Photographer Photos by the deadline using the Yearbook Portrait (Outside Photographer) Submission Form.  Emailed photos will not be accepted. 

    Late photos will not be accepted.  In order to meet our deadline with the printers, late photos cannot be accepted. 

    School ID photos will be used for any student who does not submit an acceptable photo by the deadline.  If you would like a yearbook photo but are unable to schedule an appointment due to a particular hardship, please contact the Student Activities Coordinator, Sharon Cornellier, at scornellier@gltech.org.


    All yearbook photos must meet the following criteria:

    • 1200 pixels wide by 1500 pixels tall (4 in x 5 in at 300dpi)
    • Portrait Orientation
    • Color Photo (no black and white, sepia, etc)
    • NO full-body photos-- head and shoulder shots only.
    • MUST be professional quality (no selfies or candids)

    Any photo submitted that does not meet the quality standards listed above, or does not reflect the formality required for the senior portrait gallery pages will be considered for the candid/snap-shot pages of the yearbook.

    School ID photos will be used for any student who does not submit an acceptable photo by the due date Late photos will not be accepted. 

    Candid/Casual Yearbook Photos

    The Yearbook Staff needs your help to make your yearbook a fun, memorable scrapbook of your senior year! Submit your photos to the Yearbook Candid Photo Submission Form by June 6th of each year.

    Information for Class of 2022 Graduates

    Congratulations,  Class of 2022!  You've graduated, but you may still have questions. Your most common questions can be answered below. Please note that the Student Activities Office is closed during the summer months. If you need immediate assistance, contact the Main Office at 978-441-4418.

    Senior Prom Photos-- Prom Photos take 6-8 weeks to process. You should expect your photos to ship in early July. Photos will be mailed to your home. For questions regarding Prom Photos, contact O'Connor Studio directly at 978-640-6250.

    Graduation Photos-- Graduation Photos are handled by GradImages. If you do not receive an ordering email, go to https://www.gradimages.com to easily search for your student's photos. Photos will be available 4-6 weeks after graduation. For customer service, call 1-800-261-2576.

    Diplomas/Yearbooks-- If you did not attend graduation, your diploma and items paid for by senior dues will be made available for pick up at the school. Diplomas cannot be mailed. Please contact Mrs. Febres at kfebres@gltech.org or the Main Office at 978-441-4418 to schedule a time for pick-up.  

    Chromebook Issues-- If you purchased a Chromebook and need assistance with permissions, please contact IS at 978-441-4885 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, or Lisa Martinez, Director of Technology, at 978.441.4948 or lmartinez@gltech.org.
