    PERFORMANCE EXAM SCHEDULE

     PERFORMANCE EXAM REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

    You must take and pass a written exam before being eligable for the performance exam.

    The cost of a Performance Exam is $275.00.  We do not accept Cash, Personal Checks or Business Checks.  Please submit a Money Order or Bank Check along with your registration form by the specified deadline date.  Late registrations may not be accepted.

    Candidates will NOT be allowed to select their exam date. 

    Exam slots are limited, be sure to keep ALL dates open.

     

    Most Performance exams are held on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m.; check-in begins at 7:30 AM.  Candidates will be notified in writing regarding test location, date, and time by the Massachusetts, Vocational Technical Teacher Testing Program.

     

    All exam dates listed above are subject to cancellation due to school closures and other public health measures enacted by state government and local health departments, which then could impact any of the exam sites designated for performance exams.

      

    Important candidate information

    You will be required to: 

    • have your temperature taken by a non-touch digital thermometer.  Candidates who show a temperature of under 100.4°F will be allowed to check in, otherwise, candidates will need to either cancel or reschedule their test.
    • bring and wear a face mask, cotton face covering or respirator which fully cover the nose and mouth throughout the exam as well as any other PPE listed on the performance exam outline.
    • safely distance yourself at least 6 feet away from other persons throughout the testing experience, including while in hallways.
    • sanitize your hands upon entry with the provided alcohol-based product and wash and lather your hands for at least 20 seconds if using the restroom. Only one person will be allowed to travel to the rest rooms at one time.

    We ask that you dispose of PPE in the trash immediately outside of the test site exit.
