Welcome to Greater Lowell Technical High School
Dear Prospective Student and Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for taking the time to visit our admissions page and reviewing the information provided about Greater Lowell Technical High School. We realize that you have a very important decision to make with regard to the selection of a high school. There are certainly many quality options available to you.
Any eighth or ninth-grade student who resides in Dracut, Dunstable, Lowell, or Tyngsborough may apply for admission for the 2024-2025 School Year. Applications are due February 1, 2024, in order to be considered for initial acceptance. However, we offer rolling admissions in which we accept students as space becomes available. Applications for grade ten as well as transfer students will be accepted anytime throughout the year.
As a modern vocational-technical high school, we are able to offer students two educations in one. We offer challenging and rigorous academic courses in the four core subjects: English, math, science, and history. In addition, rather than supplementing our academics with an array of elective courses, our students explore, select, and focus on one of our twenty-three vocational-technical program majors. As a result, Greater Lowell Tech students are prepared to either enter college or the workforce upon graduation.

We understand that our students have other high school options and are grateful to the wonderful students who choose to apply and enroll in our school. We realize that our students and their families are entrusting us with their high school education and we take that responsibility very seriously.
