    Information:

    For the 2022-2023 school year, the COVID-19 Testing Program consists of the following components: 

    1. At-home Rapid Antigen Testing:

    iHealth is a 15-minute at-home FDA Emergency Use Authorized antigen test.

    At-Home Test Kit Distribution
    Test kits will be distributed on the following dates before school vacations:
    • November 21st and 22nd
    • December 19th and 20th
    • February 13th and 14th
    • April 10th and 11th

    To participate, you must opt-in by completing the online form which has been emailed directly to you. If you did not receive the form please click here.  By opting in, you will agree to review the training materials for test administration, and administer the tests according to Greater Lowell Technical High School District’s guidelines:

    Test kits (containing two tests) will be distributed by GLTHS. The distribution schedule will be available in the fall. Students should report positive test results to one of the school nurses listed below. Staff should report positive test results to the Director of Human Resources.

    1. Diagnostic Testing:

    This part of the program is available to students and staff who present symptoms while at school; shallow nasal swab samples are collected at school using the BinaxNOW rapid antigen test. Individuals should not go to school/work if they experience symptoms while at home.
