Teach Plus, a national teacher leadership organization, selected 22 educators from around Massachusetts for its 2024-2025 Policy Fellowship cohort, including two from Lowell Public Schools and one from Greater Lowell Technical High School.

Danielle Jo White-Yelito from GLTHS and Bianca Prieto from Lowell’s Robinson Middle School were named policy fellows, and Lowell High School’s Ralph Saint-Louis a senior fellow.

The fellows hail from urban, rural and suburban areas in all corners of the commonwealth, from Boston to Springfield and Berkshire Hills to New Bedford. The teacher leaders come from a variety of settings, including district schools, charter schools and early childhood centers, and teach a variety of subjects and age levels from early childhood to 12th grade.

Each fellow was chosen based on their strong commitment to the classroom and to equity, their ability to articulate the needs of their students and their pursuit of excellence and innovation in their teaching. For more information,  visit their website at teachplus.org.
