Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 31 bed, privately owned, long term care facility.

Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received a 5-Star rating from US News & World Report this year. Specifically, out of the 353 nursing homes in Massachusetts only 39 received an overall rating of 5 out of 5...Greenwood was one of those 39.  Also, Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received a 5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid. 

Currently there are shifts available on 7-3, 3-11 & 11-7.
