The Department of Mental Health offers a new Behavioral Health Help Line that people can call or text at the Behavioral Health Help Line number of 833-773-2445. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in more than 200 languages. The help line can help individuals and families navigate the behavioral health system and access treatment, including mobile crisis services. District and school leaders are asked to please share this resource with staff, families, and students, where helpful. For more information, please see the Frequently Asked Questions page. Viral/Illness Protocol
- If your child is not feeling well, please consider the following: do not send your child to school and see their doctor to get tested for Covid-19, flu, strep throat, or other communicable illnesses.
- Students should remain at home until fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications, such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil (Ibuprofen)
- Please note that any absence from school will require a doctor’s note in order to be excused from school.
Meningococcal Vaccine for 12th Grade Students

All 12th grade students will require 1 booster dose of the Meningococcal Vaccine on or after 16 years of age.
Please see your child’s doctor to update immunizations and send in an updated copy to the nurse.
