Design & Visual Communications
The Design and Visual Communications shop experience provides the student with a more in-depth curriculum and takes a hands-on approach to complete a variety of projects in the shop setting. Students will be given the opportunity to further their skills using the Adobe Design Premium suite, the industry standard software. Through project-based learning, the students will have the opportunity to learn color theory, design theory and the basics of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, and Dreamweaver. The students will also practice foundation skills, such as; drawing, painting, sculpture, videography, photography, and composition.
