The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has required that all Technical Schools in Massachusetts utilize a point total Admissions Process to ensure equity. On November 18, 2014, the Greater Lowell Technical High School District Committee adopted the following Admissions Procedure for all students who seek enrollment.
All applicants seeking enrollment must complete a Greater Lowell Technical High School - Admissions Application which must be signed by a parent/guardian. The student's Seventh (7th) and first two terms of their Eighth (8th) Grade Transcript must be attached to the application. A student's application will not be considered for enrollment without the appropriate signatures and grade report.
