It is a pleasure for us to welcome you to Greater Lowell Technical High School. We invite you to spend some time learning about our programs and discovering the value of a career-focused high school education.  We believe that you will find that Greater Lowell Tech is a very special place that cares deeply about the success of the students whose high school education has been entrusted to our care.

At GLTHS we strive to create a safe and positive school climate that is welcoming, accepting, and supportive of all students. It is our belief that all students can learn and achieve when provided with quality instruction and the support and resources to meet their individual needs. We believe that it is our collective responsibility to prepare our students for a successful future and happy life.

As a vocational-technical high school, we have a unique mission in that we are able to offer students both an academic and vocational-technical education which affords them the opportunity to either attend college or immediately enter the workforce upon graduation. In addition to our traditional academic programs, we offer students the opportunity to pursue a career-focused education in 23 diverse and modern technical occupations resulting in graduates that are college and career ready.  Our Cooperative Education program allows interested students the opportunity to transition into a paid work-based learning experience any time after the midpoint of their junior year.
