Senior Dues - Due November 7th, 2025

Class of 2026 Seniors have been invoiced for their Senior Dues via My School Bucks (MSB). Senior Dues are $112.00 and cover the cost of your cap, gown, tassel, yearbook, senior t-shirt, Senior Farewell Day, and graduation-related expenses. Senior Dues must be paid via myschoolbucks.com. Once you create an account and add the name of the senior, you will find your senior dues invoice in your account. You can also click on the Invoices store.

Important: Can't find your invoice? Be sure that you are added as a student to the MSB account!

Payment plans and auto-payment options are available through My School Bucks.

Diploma Verification/Graduation Gown Order Form - Due November 7th, 2025

Believe it or not, it's time to order your Cap, Gown, and Diploma! All seniors must complete the Diploma/Grad Gown Verification Form so that we have your correct measurements. We also need you to verify that your name is spelled fully and correctly in our records. Your diploma is a legal document, and spelling counts!

My School Bucks

Payments for Senior Dues, Prom Tickets, Field Trips, and other fees are now being accepted on the MySchoolBucks website. Cash, check, and money order payments will not be accepted at the school. My School Bucks is fast and easy to use. There is no charge to set up an account and no user fees for our Student Activities Store. How to Add a Student (or Yourself) to the Account

Formal Yearbook Portraits - Optional - Due November 7th, 2025

All seniors will have a professional photo taken on the first day of school, which will appear in the Class Roster section of the yearbook. Students will also have the option of submitting a Formal Portrait from an outside photographer.

You must submit your Outside Photographer Photos by the deadline using the Outside Portrait/Candid Photo Submission Form. Emailed photos will not be accepted.

To meet our deadline with the printers, late photos cannot be accepted. Portraits submitted after the deadline will be considered for the Yearbook Supplement.

Your high school yearbook is a keepsake you will cherish for the rest of your life. To create the best possible memory of your senior year, portraits must adhere to the criteria listed below.

Photo Criteria

1200 pixels wide by 1500 pixels tall (4 in x 5 in at 300dpi)
Portrait Orientation
Color Photo (no black and white, sepia, etc)
Important: NO full-body photos-- head and shoulder shots only/forward facing.
MUST be professional quality (no selfies or candids)

Any photo submitted that does not meet the quality standards listed above, or does not reflect the formality required for the senior portrait gallery pages, will be considered for the candid pages of the yearbook.

Friday, May 8, 2026– Senior Prom at the Boston Marriot in Burlington. Tickets will go on sale late March/early April.
Monday, June 8, 2026– Graduation Rehearsal at Tsongas Center, Lowell.
Tuesday, June 9, 2026– Graduation Ceremony at Tsongas Center, Lowell.

Graduation Information will be provided closer to the date. All seniors who have paid senior dues will receive their cap, gown, tassel, and 8 guest tickets at the rehearsal.

Information for Graduates

Congratulations! You've graduated, but you may still have questions. Your most common questions can be answered below. Please note that the Student Activities Office is closed during the summer months. If you need immediate assistance, contact the Main Office at 978-441-4418.

Senior Prom Photos: Prom Photos take 6-8 weeks to process. You should expect your photos to ship in early July. Photos will be mailed to your home. For questions regarding Prom Photos, contact O'Connor Studio directly at 978-640-6250.

Graduation Photos: O'Connor Studio handles all of our photo services. If you do not receive an ordering email by July 1st, contact O'Connor Studio at 978-640-6250 or at the O'Connor Studio website. Photos will be available 3-6 weeks after graduation.

Diplomas/Yearbooks: If you did not attend graduation, your diploma and items paid for by senior dues will be made available for pick up at the school. Diplomas cannot be mailed. Please contact Mrs. Febres at kfebres@gltech.org or contact the Main Office at 978-441-4418 to schedule a time for pick-up.

Chromebook Issues: If you purchased a Chromebook and need assistance with permissions, please contact IS at 978-441-4885 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, or call Lisa Martinez, Director of Technology, at 978-441-4948 or by email to Lisa Martinez at lmartinez@gltech.org.

Senior Awards and Scholarship Night Photos: Senior Awards Night Photos are available from O'Connor Studio. Text the access code GltSPRING24-25 to 90738 to receive access and ongoing alerts* or visit the PhotoDay website. Photos are available to order until August 1, 2025.
