Save the Date!

• Friday, November 6, 2026 – Senior Dues, Yearbook Portraits, and Cap/Gown/Diploma Verification Forms DUE.
• Friday, May 14, 2027 – Senior Prom  TENTATIVE
• Thursday, June 3, 2027 – Graduation Rehearsal at Tsongas Center, Lowell (8:00 am-12:30 pm)
• Friday, June 4, 2027 – Graduation Ceremony at Tsongas Center, Lowell (6:00 pm)

Graduation Information will be provided closer to the date. All seniors who have paid senior dues will receive their cap, gown, tassel, and 8 guest tickets at the rehearsal.

Senior Dues

Senior Dues will be invoiced to all Class of 2027 students through My School Bucks on or before July 15, 2026. Class of 2027 Senior dues are due Friday, November 6th, 2026. Senior Dues are $130.00 and cover the cost of your cap, gown, tassel, yearbook, senior t-shirt, Chromebook, Senior Farewell Day, and graduation-related expenses. Senior Dues must be paid via myschoolbucks.com. Once you create an account and add the name of the senior, you will find your senior dues invoice in your account. You can also click on the Invoices store.  

Important: Can't find your invoice? Be sure that you are added as a student to the MSB account!

Payment plans and auto-payment options are available through My School Bucks.

My School Bucks

Payments for Senior Dues, Prom Tickets, Field Trips, and other fees are now being accepted on the MySchoolBucks website. Cash, check, and money order payments will not be accepted at the school. My School Bucks is fast and easy to use. There is no charge to set up an account and no user fees for our Student Activities Store. Say Cheese!  Monday, August 31, 2026

The first day of your senior year will be on Monday, August 31, 2026. On this day, O’Connor Studio will be taking your official senior photos. These photos will be used for your Student ID and in your Yearbook. We will also be taking your Senior Shop and Senior Class photos. Be sure to arrive to school on time and dressed to impress in school-appropriate attire.

If you are absent on the first day of school, we will schedule a makeup date for your ID photo taken.  However, there are no retakes of the Senior Shop photo or Senior Class photo.

Formal Yearbook Portraits – Optional – DUE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2026

All seniors will have a professional photo taken on the first day of school, which will appear in the Class Roster section of the yearbook. The Class Roster will include these photos regardless of any other images submitted.

Students also have the option of submitting a Formal Portrait from an outside photographer to be included in our portrait margins and candid pages.
You must submit your outside photographer photos by the deadline using the Outside Portrait Submission Form.  Emailed photos will not be accepted. 

To meet our deadline with the printers, late photos cannot be accepted. Portraits submitted after the deadline will be considered for the Yearbook Supplement.

Your high school yearbook is a keepsake you will cherish for the rest of your life. To create the best possible memory of your senior year, portraits must adhere to the criteria listed below. 

~~CRITERIA~~

• 1200 pixels wide by 1500 pixels tall (4 in x 5 in at 300dpi)
• Portrait Orientation
• Color Photo (no black and white, sepia, etc)
• MUST be professional quality (no selfies or candids)
• NOTE: Full body photos may be cropped. We recommend forward-facing waist-up or head-and-shoulder shots only.

Our yearbook layout allocates a small, standardized space for each portrait that is not suitable for most full-body photographs or wide-angle shots. In a full-body photo, the subject's face often appears too small to be clearly identified in print. We strongly recommend waist-up or head-and-shoulder shots only.

All photos are subject to approval. Any photo submitted that does not meet the quality standards listed above, or does not reflect the formality required for the senior portrait section, will be considered for the candid pages of the yearbook.  

Important: If your photo does not meet the requirements, you will be contacted and given the option to submit a replacement photo.

Diploma Verification and Cap/Gown Order Form – DUE Friday, November 6, 2026

Your Cap/Gown Order Form and Diploma Name Verification Form will be emailed to you the first week of school.  This form must be completed by Friday, November 6, 2026.

Information for Graduates

Congratulations!  You've graduated, but you may still have questions. Your most common questions can be answered below. Please note that the Student Activities Office is closed during the summer months. If you need immediate assistance, contact the Main Office at 978-441-4418.

Senior Prom Photos: Printed Prom Photos take 6-8 weeks to process after your place your order. You should expect your photos to ship in early July. Photos will be mailed to your home. For questions regarding Prom Photos, contact O'Connor Studio directly at 978-640-6250.

Graduation Photos: O'Connor Studio handles all of our photo services. If you do not receive an ordering email by July 1st, contact O'Connor Studio at 978-640-6250 or at the O'Connor Studio website. Photos will be available 3-6 weeks after graduation.

Diplomas/Yearbooks: If you did not attend graduation, your diploma and items paid for by senior dues will be made available for pick up at the school. Diplomas cannot be mailed. Please contact Mrs. Febres at kfebres@gltech.org or contact the Main Office at 978-441-4418 to schedule a time for pick-up.  

Chromebook Issues: If you purchased a Chromebook and need assistance with permissions, please contact IS at 978-441-4885 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, or call Lisa Martinez, Director of Technology, at 978-441-4948 or by email to Lisa Martinez at lmartinez@gltech.org.
